Power BI slice show blank value even though there is no data integration violation

I am using the MS fabric semantic model to create power bi report. I have noticed if I use text field as key to join fact table to dimention table, the dim attribute slicer always contains blank(). If I use int field as key, this blank() goes away.

I am not sure if this is a bug in Fabric direct lake mode.
