Power BI setting not popping up

I would try the following:

1. Ensure no addins or browser extensions are blocking it. A lot of aggressive anti-malware/script extensions can disrupt a lot of Office 365 components.
2. Try opening in an incognito session with no addins and see if that fixes it. If it does, you should clear your cache in the original session. (you can clear the cache first if you want, but it is a pain if it isn't the issue)
3. Try a different browser. Chrome is definitely supported, but sometimes they release a build that causes issues.
4. Try a different PC if possible.

I have tried in private browers, its not working , its working in edge browser, setting is popping up. 

but still my problem is not sorted , not able to update credentils any advice on this.
