Power BI service report subscription - no email sent since changing to last day of month

Hi,

I have a number of active subscriptions in the Power BI service where I and a couple of others are set as recipients.

Since setting up these subscriptions I have manually changed the scheduled day of the month for the delivery of the subscription email (which includes the report as a pdf) to 28-31 depending on which day was the last of the current month. All these subscriptions were and are still set to monthly delivery

At the start of november I noticed that an option to select the last day of the month had become available and changed my active subscriptions to "Last day of month".

Unfortunately, the last day of november has passed but no recipients have received their regular subscription delivery. Is there an issue with this functionality or have I missed something? I have another subscription scheduled daily which was delivered as usual so I don't think it was related to any issues with the email service itself.

The schedule as it is setup today, for reference:

Hi @Kurstein1 - Check the Power BI Service release notes or support page for known issues related to subscriptions. If confirmed as a bug, you may need to revert to the manual workaround until it is resolved.

Verify that the time zone is correctly set for your location. In this case, "UTC+01:00" (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris) should match your intended schedule.Check the dataset refresh history in the Power BI Service to ensure that the data was successfully refreshed on the scheduled date.

Check with your email administrator or Power BI admin to ensure that no email delivery issues occurred. Review the Power BI Service subscription logs (if accessible) for potential errors. Verify the recipient list and ensure all users have appropriate permissions to view the report in the Power BI workspace.

Hope this helps.

Hi @rajendraongole1,

Thanks for your reply. As far as I can tell everything is as it should be regarding the points you've gone through. I think for now I will revert to the manual method for all but one report until I can confirm that delivery occurs as scheduled.
