Hi,
I am trying to refresh my data source from Power BI service. However, the service is not accepting the credentials that I am using inside the file. There is no error or anything like that, all I see is enless refresh, regardless of which option I choose whether anonymous, basic, etc.
Do you guys have any ideas why my credentials are stuck in this loop without any feedback from the service?
Hi @shtuevd ,
I cannot reproduce the issue. What is the Explorer you are using? Make sure you use Edge or Chrome rather than Internet Explorer. If you are using Edge or Chrome now, please clean your browser cache or try it with another browser.
If it still does not help, please provide more details.
Best Regards

Hi @Anonymous ,
I am using Chrome, I have tried this in Edge as well. I am using this guide to connect:

However I am connecting from a virtual machine running on a private network, so I am not sure if this somehow is not restricting the access. It works fine on Power BI desktop and I can refresh, but when I put the file inside the cloud, I am running into this problem.
