Power BI service me redirecciona cuando intento entrar a un Dashboard

Espero me puedan ayudar.

Generé un Informe en Power BI Desktop, ya está publicado en Power BI Service en un Workspace Premium. El informe esta configuardo para acceso a miembros de la organización, sin embargo, un colaborador, al momento de dar click en el link del informe lo redirecciona y le abre esta pantalla:

Saben cuál es la razón? o cómo poder resolverlo?

Buen día @IsaacLopez777 si tu Workspace es Premium y solo casos exepcionales los redirecciona a esa página, es posible que esos usuarios no tengan ninguna cuenta con Microsoft. A pesar de que no necesitan tener licencia Pro, al menos deben tener una cuenta en Microsoft, por lo que si les solicitas que la generen despúes podrán acceder al Dashboard. Esta cuenta es gratuita y no genera ningún costo. Avísame si pudiste resolverlo.

HI @osflores 

If you publish your report in Premium capacity , there is no license required . But if the user access your report is an external user , you need invite him to your organization , then you can share the report with him .

Hello @v-yetao1-msft the user is an internal one. I already confirm it in Active Directory.

Do you know what else it could be?

All collaborators (workspace access above viewer) need to have a Pro license in this scenario.

Thanks @lbendlin but the Workspace have Premium capacity and it's just for viewer access. This not hapens with other users.

Do you know if it's necessary that he has at least the free license?
