Power BI service login issues

Hi all,

We are having issues when logging into the Power BI service via Edge or Chrome

When going through the sign in prosess it works as expected (SSO) but when you would expect the home page to be displayed instead we get an icon that looks like the 3 rectangles used in the Power BI logo but black and white.

If we clear the cache we can login as normal. Does anyone know why this occurs? I've just had to blow away someones cache two days in a row so they can do BAU tasks.

Hello @NATO-OZ 

There is nothing wrong with the Power BI Service, you can re-install the browser or set it as not to accept the cache as it is working in your case.
