Power BI service clone report and clone dataset

Are there any rest API to clone report and its dataset from one workspace to another workspace ? the workspaces are in different premium capacity and location .

There are APIs to download the PBIX from one workspace and upload it to another.

Yes,it is similar to Copy reports in Power BI Service. Clone report REST API  allows you to copy Power BI reports across workspaces while maintaining the original connection with the Power BI dataset that resides in a different workspace.
