Power BI service administrator role

Hi all, I just want to comfirm that without Microsoft business subscription and Office 365/Azure Active Directory, is there any other way to get the Power BI service administrator role (like only purchased pro license in Power BI ?). Because we have to to share a dashboard or report outside organization to our client.

I have two questions:

1. I can not see the Power BI admin role in my tenant.  We only have one Power BI Pro license assigned to a non-global admin. What role do I need to assign to the non-global admin user so that she can be a Power BI administrator?  I'm trying to practice least privilege.

Hi there

If you just sign up to Power BI, it will create an Office 365 Admin portal in the background.

This happens to the first person who then creates the Power BI tenant.

You can then log into the Office 365 Admin portal and configure who will be a Power bi administrator.
