Advocate IPower BI reports from SharePoint Online list - security considerations
Hi,
I have created Power BI reports using SharePoint online list datasource. After publishing to the web, I have embedded my report in a SharePoint online page.
There is a share icon at the bottom of the report which allows users to share the report link with any external entity. I was able to access that report using the share link while not connected to my organisations network.
Is there anyway I can secure access to those reports and share them on my SharePoint online sites without allowing users to share them?

Hi shrutisharma17,
In power bi service, you can turn off below option to disable the users to share your shared dashboard.

I want to do exactly the same thing i.e. private publish to SharePoint online. I do not want to share confidential data on the internet.
