I have created several dashboards and have subscribed myself and others to them. I'm able to go to the older ones and edit the ssubscriptions but I am not able to create a new subscription for recently created dashboards. When i select Subscribe to reports - it opens but just spins. I've checked the obvious pop-up blockers and rebooted but this seems to be isolated to recently created dashboards. Has anything changed?

I worked with Microsoft and we were not able to resolve the spinning issue on the report but the workaround was to pin the report to a dashboard and subscribe to the dashboard. This worked!
Just letting you know that I am working directly with Microsoft on this issue now. We've checked all of the tenant settings and removed a custom visual I had but the issue remains. It's being elevated to another level and I will report back with the solution in case anyone else comes across this!
Hi, @smmoore34
You can try using a different browser to create a subscription and see if the problem persists. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and then recreate your subscription.
Check to see if you have permission to create subscriptions for these new dashboards, there may be some permission settings that have changed.
Disable all browser plug-ins or extensions, especially those that might interact with the Power BI service, and then recreate the subscription.
Also, as mentioned above by GilbertQ, check the tenant settings in your tenant to make sure that the subscription option is enabled.

This seems to be related to this specific report. I'm able to subscribe to other reports. I also took your suggestion and cleared my cache and disabled extentions. I may have to re-create this which I didn't want to do but I will try that next. I also tried a different browser and had a user with access to the report on their computer try to subscribe and the issue is following the specific report. I will report back once I re-create this.
Hi @smmoore34
Could you check your tenant settings to check and ensure that the subscription option is enabled?

In my case, all of the report pages in the PBIX were hidden yet somehow the page was still showing when I browsed it in the tenant. When I unhid the page that was causing the issue and republished, 'subscribe to report' worked fine. If I had to guess, there is some check in the source code that confirms that the page is not hidden.
