Power BI report data not loading sometimes

We have deployed the Power BI report on Power BI Service and created public link for that report to share with users.

 

Now, Not all time but sometime we are geeting error in loading data in report. It's look like It's go in infine loop to get data. UI will show the progress bar (Spiner).

    HI v-brpate ,

    I think this issue should more related networks of azure data service status, it may effect data loading.

    AFAIK, most of these situations will been fixed in a few minutes and serious issue will been listed on support page with ETA plan datetime.

    If loading issues still appear on your side, you can check support list if any similar issues listed on it or you can use fiddler to trace detail request and submit a support ticket for this scenario.
