Power BI report builder parameter

Hi,

I am trying to use parameter (like slicer) to filter the value in datasets.

Quality_Defect is from Dax in power bi service; whereas PO is a fact table  from power bi service

Quality_Defect (NCR)

PO (Delivery_Sch)

Parameter (Supplier name)

When I run the model, it shows blank in report.

Please advise what I missed.

Also, how do I set a date parameter, ranging from date to date? I only could do a single date selection.
