Power BI refresh

Hi, I am trying to schedule Power BI report refresh. It looks like is disabled. I found this error. Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing ...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Go to Power BI Service: https://app.powerbi.com

    Navigate to your workspace where the report is published.

    Under the "Datasets + dataflows" section, locate your dataset.

    Click on the ellipsis (three dots) next to the dataset > choose "Settings".

    Under "Data source credentials", check each listed source:

    • Click "Edit Credentials"
    • Choose the correct authentication method (e.g., OAuth2, Basic, Windows)
    • Enter credentials and save

    Once all credentials are set, scroll to "Scheduled refresh" and toggle it On.

    Set your preferred refresh frequency and save.

Hi Anonymous Go to Power BI Service, locate your workspace, and access Dataset Settings via the three dots (...) next to the dataset. Under Data Source Credentials, update credentials for all data sources. Then, enable Scheduled Refresh in the Scheduled Refresh section and set your preferred frequency. Save the changes to activate the refresh.
