Power BI refresh issue

Thank you for your support. Issue resolved. There was a mismatch privacy setting of file and folder which was causing the issue.

Hi dshahzad I think it is due to privacy level conflicts when combining data. Set the privacy levels for each data source in Data Source Settings to Public or compatible levels. Alternatively, disable privacy checks via Options > Privacy > Ignore Privacy Levels. Ensure the gateway has access to all file paths if you're using one.

I have double checked privacy levels and they are same for all files. Also, i have set the privacy level to ignore .
Kindly confirm one thing, instead of linking the file in gateway, i have linked the folder in which it will be used. will it effect the refreshing cycle?
dshahzad Linking the entire folder in the gateway can cause refresh problems if files inside change or if permissions aren’t consistent. For more reliable refresh cycles, it’s better to link each file individually, ensuring the gateway has proper access to all required files.
