Power BI refresh issue

Thank you for your support. Issue resolved. There was a mismatch privacy setting of file and folder which was causing the issue.

- Set Privacy Level to "Always ignore privacy level settings" in Power BI Desktop.
- Replace mapped drives (e.g., F:\) with UNC paths (e.g., \\192.168.x.x\folder\file.xlsx).
- Ensure On-Premises Data Gateway has access to all file paths.
- In Power BI Service, configure Gateway connection correctly for each data source.
- Use Folder connector if appending multiple files from the same location.
Hi,
I have double checked privacy levels and they are same for all files. Also, i have set the privacy level to ignore .
Kindly confirm one thing, instead of linking the file in gateway, i have linked the folder in which it will be used. will it effect the refreshing cycle?
