    So, you've figured out the cause of your issue - too many datasets refreshed at the same time, right?

Hi iulian_buhat ,

Some questions:

1. Can this report be refreshed successfully previously?

2. Can other reports be refreshed successfully?

3. Is your gateway running?

4. Is MySQL running when refreshing?

5. Can you connect to MySQL and refresh in Power BI Desktop now?

1, 2. All of the reports can be refreshed successfully and they have, they just fail rather often. Checking the logs, the failures are from timeout.

 

3. Yes

 

4. Also yes, it is constantly being updated

 

5. Just did

 

The issue seems to be on load for the mysql database, a quick fix would be to time some datasets to refresh at different times to not strain the database.
