Power BI online report - when opened it selects a visual by default with dark outline around it

I just started noticing this week that my Power BI online report when opened it selects a visual object by default with dark outline around it.

 

The object it selects could be a card, text box, visual, seems random.

 

 

Is this perhaps a new feature?

 

Is this some quirky setting that I have enabled?

 

Maybe it is browser issue?

 

Has anybody seen this before?
