Power BI license
Example I do have a Power BI free and I wanted to purchase Power BI Premium per user, should I need to purchase the Power BI Pro first or I can directly jump to Power BI Premium per user from Power BI free?

Does it mean that Power BI Pro is not a pre requisite of Power BI Premium per user?
