Power BI keeps moving users to groups

Hi,

I maintain Power BI reports in about 50 workspaces. I create / delete workspaces , reports in them, and maintian user access.

Power BI recently deletes the users from "workspace access" and adds them to groups.

This is not helpful, since access to one group is no guarantee that there is need to acess some other group.

There is extra work to edit the group instead of just editing the workspace access. 

Is there a way to disable "moving users to groups" feature?
