    Hi Kazu.

     

    Does the Power Apps users who will need to access the report have their own Power BI licenses? In that case, your provisioned workspace does not need to be allocated to a Premium Capacity.

     

    If your Power Apps users do not have their own Power BI licenses, the report workspace needs to be assigned to a Capacity in order to allow Free Users to consume the report.

    in order to view the Report User should Have viewer license from Premium Capacity or Should have Pro license( using this user Can do self service Bi also).

Hi, thanks for your reply! Were you able to assign Premium to an Analytics workspace in Power BI, or was it possible for you to assign it also to those automatically created-by-Solution workspace?

Yes, that dedicated type of workspace with a name "Solutions [environment name]". I am not sure if it was any different from assigning premium capacity to a normal workspace because I simply asked my colleagues.
