@murari96 power bi has recently got redshift connector which lets you connect and import data from redshift. In terms of running power bi it is service hosted in Microsoft cloud and so you can't have power bi running within AWS. You can install power bi desktop to any server that meet hardware configurations and publish to power bi service.
