Power BI gateway

Hi All,

 

Could you please help me with any documentation about setting up 02 power bi gateways (different cluster) on the same server? It didn't seem work for my setup.

 

Also, just to confirm that the power bi gateway would need a service credential that authenticated by both Windows and SQL to help with the data load from SQL server to Power BI service?

    Hi rdnguyen 

     

    Unfortunately you can only install one gateway on one Windows Server/PC at a time.

     

    If you want two gateways you will need to install two Windows servers.
