Helper IIIPower BI gateway user migration
Hi All,
I need to remove the old user ID from the Power BI gateway, workspace while ensuring that the changes do not affect my published reports, datasets, or user permissions associated with the old ID,
now I want to use a new ID please suggest the right steps to be followed.

What I would do is make sure that the new user has got access to the Power BI gateway data sources, the workspaces and the associated underlying data sources. I would then go through and update the semantic model to take over the settings of the semantic model with the new user id. And then, if required, configure the scheduled refresh all gateway settings for this new user. Once that is done, I would also test the refresh process to make sure that with the new user, it refreshers successfully.
