Power BI gateway installation error "Not configured correctly"

Hi Experts,

The support team in my organization is creating the gateway and the connection to sql server using a default Power BI service account. 

After creating, the schedule refresh is working when they use the default Power BI service account. But if they login with other user account it was throwing an error like "Not configured correctly"(They make that user added to the gateway).

Any help appreciated.

Could you please check that your other user account has the right permission with your dataset?

Did the other user account use the same computer log in, if not ,please check the gateway version and firewall.

Needs more details. Where are  they logging in to , the On Premise Data Gateway service or the management application?  Does the network use proxies?
