Based on the information, you can follow these steps:
1.Check if there are any network or firewall issues that could be blocking the connection.
2.Try to use a different authentication method, such as Anonymous authentication or Windows authentication, to see if the issue persists.
3.You can update Gateway to the latest version.
4.You can check if there have been any recent changes(for example: credentials, data sources, etc.).

Power ParticipantThe same issue occurred again on Dec. 24th morning, I have the impression that the Oauth token is only valid for 30 days, users need to re-login to refresh the data source connection.

In my case, I can not change the connection method for a sharepoint data source and I'm hesitant to ask for a special account with unlimited token expiration duration - this will increase the credential admin workload. So I'm a bit stuck here.
