Currently, I am using a power BI premium and I have a few reports which are scheduled to send out using power BI email subscription. But these emails are reaching the users with default 'no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com'. But is there any way to change the sending email address / template with my organizational email. Also is there any way I can remove all other default content like Microsoft logo, privacy statement etc. in the email template.
With all it cost for "Premium" you'd think that there would be a customizable email template. This makes their subscription service useless to us. Why would our staff want to receive email reports with our company’s private data from outside of our origination? It might as well be coming from @HotMail.com.
Is it still not possible to change the email subscription template and remove the branding and customize it your own way?
Hi @sindhusabbineni ,
I'm afraid that Power BI does not support it currently.
I suggest you to share your ideas on Power BI Ideas, where customers can provide feedback about Power BI to improve it.
Best Regards,
Icey
