Power BI dataset using Power Automate

Hi,

I have created Power automate flow which gets me data from incoming emails. Is there a different way how can I create a dataset directly in PBI service without using an excel where it is possible to update or delete rows? The streaming dataset is problematic because through Power Automate there is no option to control if the ID is already in the dataset and also there is not possible to create a metric or it shows date format with time which is useless.
