This worked for me. I used the SharePoint Online List connection. I had the same error as yourself. I cannot provide you with the techincals but if you use just the SharePoint List connection and then expand any of your data columns where there are records it causes this error. Mine in particular was when I unpivoted my data when using the SharePoint List connector, I was getting the error. I then used SharePoint Online List to connect to the same list and copied the same transformation steps and then this worked.
