Power BI dashboard schedule not work with no error

Hi, all,

last month, I stoped the power bi report server for many days. Before that, everything is ok. Since we restart it, the schedule is not working. the log is like:

there is no details of dashboard refreshing. then I republish 2 dashboards to the report server, it also doesn't work.  After that, I reinstall the power bi report server, then all the other reports are able to refresh, but those two which were republished are still cannot refresh. the status of the schedule is always : new scheduled refresh plan.

if clicked 'Refresh Now', the status will change to: 'Refreshing' and will not change.

does anyone met the same problem before? or knows how to solve this issue? Thank you!
