Power BI content pack and data model

How to share Power BI content pack and data model with customer without data connectivity?
I want to share Report with data model to customer(with different org) and there should not be accessibility issues when exploring around Edit Queries, is it possible? i don't want to share pbix file.

As it is different organization, add those users as a guest users in AAD.
