Hi! thks so much for responding!

 

I have a power Bi report, pulling data from a data flows, which pulls data from an excel stored in Sharepoint. 

The power bi report shows 3000 rows, but there should be 4000. So I created a new report, and still showed 3000. The weird thing is that I created a connection from Excel to the dataflows, and it does show 4000. So it seems to be a Power BI problem, and can't find the solution, it retrieves 3000 rows. No filter applied. The is no applied steps in Power Query nor in the filter pannel.

    Without doing a screenshare or somehow looking at it I cannot explain it. Ensure you are on the latest or at least a current version of Power BI Desktop - nothing more than 1-2 months old July 2023 is out, so at least May 2023.

     

    Also, use the Dataflow connector, or Dataflow (fabric) connector - those are the same thing. Don't use the legacy connector. So your first function should be PowerPlatform.Dataflows(), not PowerBI.Dataflows()
