Power BI cannot refresh automatically or manually

Hi

I can refresh my Power BI report in Power BI desktop without issue. But in web app I get:

The credentials provided cannot be used for the AzureTables source.

Please notice that the error is slightly different than described here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/quot-The-credentials-provided-for-the-AzureTables-source-are...

I am not using Gateway. Storage account allows access from all networks.

What else can I check?

It is one of the first reports in a highly-regulated organisation so it is entirely possible that something is blocked on org level, but I don't know what else to check.

Hi @OneHundredthUse

Did the account of Azure and the account of Power BI are in the same tenant, it may be affected because the accounts are not in the same tenant, you can refer to the following link.

No, they are from the same tenant. It's possible some conditional access policy? (I'm really guessing here) or some other security setting is blocking it.

The table storage itself allows connections from everywhere, and I am able to connect to it from Desktop. Just the web doesn't work 😞
I'm also using the web from the same network, same device as Desktop (so it's not an umanaged Device issue).
