Power BI cannot "import data from Microsoft Azure Enterprise"

Whenever I try to connect Power BI to my Enterprise Azure account to extract billing data I get the following error;

"Failed to import data"

When I "Show technical details" I get;

"We couldn't import data from Microsoft Azure Enterprise

Data source typeAzureEnterprise

Data source errorWeb.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://ea.azure.com/rest/8243741/usage-report?type=detail&month=8%2F1%2F2016' (500): Internal Server Error

I have tried this several times, deleting the data source and re-generating the API Key, but without any progress.

Can someone help? Thanks.

Phil

    This is something that you should send a frowny face to support about or open a ticket, support.powerbi.com and then the Contact Us link.

    Please confirm that you have admin access to ea.azure.com. And as far as I know, the EA portal has a known limitation on new reports and the 1st of the month. Sometimes they are not generated as quickly as it's requested for, but I would expect the September report to be available by now.

    Best Regards,
