Power BI blog monthly update subscription is not working

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the Power BI Blog monthly update subscription. Although I've been subscribed to the newsletter for the past 8 months, I have never received any emails in my inbox. When I try to subscribe again through the Microsoft portal, I receive a message saying that I’m already subscribed to the Power BI Blog (Updates and News)

The email sender is not blocked or in junk neither. I’ve reached out directly to Microsoft for support but this seems to be out of their scope.

Could you please advise on how to fix this issue?

Hi @VivianaRusso ,
Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Fabric Community Forum!
So sorry you are not getting the Power BI Blog emails despite being subscribed. That is soannoying! Here are a few things to try:

  • Confirm the email tied to your subscription is correct on the Microsoft Subscription Center. You may also try subscribing with a different email address if possible.
  • Check if you have filters, rules, or folders in your email, that might hide the messages. Make sure to add no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com to your safe sender list.
  • Try unsubscribing and resubscribing. If you get the “already subscribed” message and still no emails, try contacting the Power BI Blog team using the Contact Us.

In the meantime, you can stay updated by checking the Power BI Blog directly.

I hope this resolve your query. If so,consider accepting it as solution.

Regards,
Pallavi.

Hi Pallavi,

Thank you for your quick response.

Regarding the three options:

  1. How can I access the Microsoft Subscription Center? It doesn’t seem to be available with my work email, and only work emails are allowed to subscribe to the blog.

  2. I’ve completed all the steps, but I still haven’t received any emails.

  3. I couldn’t find a "Contact Us" button on the blog page. Could you please indicate where to find it? I was referred to this community via Microsoft Teams after opening a support ticket with them.

Thank you in advance I really appreciate it.

Best regards,
Viviana
