I have the following table:   YEAR Id_student Test_grade level 2019 A 150 Level 0 2019 B 200 Level 1 2019 C 200 Level 1 2019 D 225 ...

    Hi juniorcef 

    You can acheive your result with built-in option itself.

    on the Y axis, click the drop down of the field click show value as and choose "Percent of grand total". 

    If you use measure then this option will not come. if you have measure then you need to get the result using DAX measure.
