Power BI & Databricks - Close active connection

We are currently using Power BI in import mode with databricks. Every morning, my semantic model connects to databricks sql warehouse and import the datas. The databricks SQL warehouse is setup to auto stop after 5 minutes of inactivity.
According to my databricks colleague, after the refresh, the power bi connection to databricks stays active for 1 hour so the databricks can't stop.
I looked at the databricks connector in Power BI but I don't see anything that could help me like timeout or something else. Does any one has this problem or an idea to solve this ?

Hi @nag_via

You can use the STARTMENT_TIMEOUT parameter. The configuration parameter sets a timeout value in seconds. Any Databricks SQL statement with a wall clock run time exceeding the value is timed out.

You can set this parameter at the session level using the SET statement and at the global level using SQL configuration parameters or SQL Warehouses API.

Set a timeout value in seconds between 0 and 172800 seconds (2 days). Any Databricks SQL statement that has a wall clock execution time exceeding the set value is halted.

If the above one can't help you, could you please provide more raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples? It would be helpful to find out the solution. And It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.
