I have assigned Power BI Pro licenses to several users. When those users sign in, they are prompted with the screenshot below. Can anyone help me out?

Please check those users
1. Assigned in any Premium or PPU workspace or not or
2. using any Premium feature or not
2. Have they activated the PPU trail

Hi. The error message is specifying that the user doesn't have Premium Per User (PPU) license. It's a different one to pro. If you want to share content or add people to a workspace with PPU capacity, only PPU can view. Pro license can only open pro content shared with them.
