Power BI activation issue

I have assigned Power BI Pro licenses to several users. When those users sign in, they are prompted with the screenshot below. Can anyone help me out?

Please check those users
1. Assigned in any Premium or PPU workspace or not or
2. using any Premium feature or not
2. Have they activated the PPU trail

Hi PijushRoy correction. The licence assigned to the user is Power BI Premium.
