Advocate IPower BI Workspace Folders (Preview) - Option to Disable & Search
Hi there,
Although this is an interesting new feature, I wonder if there is an option to disable folder creation e.g. in 'Admin portal'.
I would appreciate if the workspace search goes through the folders too, so I don't have to click inside each one to find out if the report is/is not there (I know there is an option to search through the whole service, limitation to the workspace is more helpful in this case).
Rather ask here first, maybe I miss something 🙂

Hi. I'm sorry but no. The feature has been added and no control for Admin portal yet. However, let's consider this is a preview feature. It might change in a near future. You can keep track on the updates at the docs:
