Power BI Workspace App not Updating with Most Recent Dataset after refresh and "Update App"
It is odd, and that also does not fix the issue. I am curious if it has anything to do with data file size because some updates will publish while others will not.
For example, if I add a new slicer or a new visual to the report, those updates will push through right away and will be available instantly. I am having a problem with large detailed data sets. I am tracking order information and have a detail table at the bottom of one of the visuals, and little to no information will publish there while it is all visible in the report itself outside of the app.
Community ChampionYou should open a ticket. There is something else going on. People have models dozens and even hundreds of gigs and the Apps work fine. Apps only use reports anyway, and they don't know how big the underlying semantic model is. They are just firing off queries waiting for responses.
