Power BI Workspace App Not Updating Content

Hi,

I have a workspace app created and the content for whatever reason is not updating. I tried refreshing my credentials and clearing my cache already with no luck. Does someone know where the issue might lie?

The workspace app should have this based on the settings:

When I update the app then go to the app, it only shows this:

Any help would be appreciated.

I could create an org app need the Microsoft Fabric license now to do that and I do not have it. Could this be the issue with the workspace app?
