    As this problem doesn't exist on my service, it might be a problem in certain area. Please be patient to wait for response since you have created a support ticket, our support team would check with a further analysis.

Thanks for you response.  The support team did respond quickly and the matter was resolved.  It seems to have been something in the backend on the cloud service.
