Power BI Verification Message Not Arriving

I am trying to sign up for PowerBI and have managed to verify my phone number but the email with the verification code never arrives.

 

Having searched the forums here this is what I have tried.

1. Waited for over a day for the email to arrive.

2. Checked my spam folder

3. Turned off all spam filters

4. Tried a different username on the domain.

5. Tried a different domain.

 

To be clear - I am the email / IT admin for my domains and have turned off all spam filters for those domains, but still no email.

 

Anything else I can try?

 

This is extremely frustrating.

    Here are a few more things you could try:

    1. Double-check that the email address you provided is correct and doesn't have any typos.

    2. Add the PowerBI email address ([email protected]) to your email contacts or safe senders list.

    3. Try using a different email address to sign up for PowerBI, if possible.
