Power BI - User Reports
Hello,
I was currently in the process of assessing the current usage of the platform to see if an upgrade would make sense.
In order to do that I was thinking on how report(s) could be extracted in order to get a view on, the number of users which have a Pro licence assigned + out of those users, how many users ever published a project or how many users own a project or report.
Do you think something like this would be possible? Considering this should be done globally since we have users from all over the globe.

You can use Usage metrics or audit logs to monitor Power BI usage for your organization.
