Power BI Usage Statistics Not Updated.

Hi

I am currently having issues with Power BI Metrics Usage Report not updating. 

1. I created the usage metrics report with the new metrics report 
2. To customise the report I attached the dataset in PowerBI Desktop 
3. I uploaded the report into Power BI Service.
4. The data set says the last time it was updated is in 2022 and not updated since 
5. My First Step was to check there was any refresh statistics - so I created a new usage metrics report from scratch to confirm if there was any usage on the report.

1.  with the old version of the report and noted that this was completely up to date -

I then switched "New Usage Report on" and the report was looking at completely different dates -

I have read posts here and confirm the following -

1. To see the metrics for all the dashboards or for all the reports in the workspace, you have to remove a filter. - These should be removed -

I cant see any filters on my original report but I am unsure why there is a diffirence on the creation of a new report?

2.Your Power BI admin has to have enabled usage metrics for content creators. - This has been enabled

Also just to confirm in Power BI Desktop I am getting the follow message - 

Unfortunately I do not know how to check the dataset settings for a usage metrics report - perhaps this is also an issue?

Has anyone any ideas ?
