Hi everyone,
My workspace is having report & report dataset (both are pbix file - one is dataset file & other is Report file). So using Power BI dataset as source, I'm creating the visualization.
No. of items in workspace (including Reports & Reports dataset) is 20.
Problem: In Power BI Service,
I'm unable to view the Report usage metrics (according to new template where we toggle on the button) as its taking too long time for report loading & keeps on loading for a day & gets failed but Im able to view the usage (according to old template). What might be the issue??
Thanks in Advance 🙂

Hi @SUMESHKUMAR22 ,
Differences can occur when comparing the improved usage metrics report with its predecessor. For more details, please refer to Monitor usage metrics in the new workspace experience (preview) .
Q: The data doesn't seem up to date. A: Note that it might take up to 24 hours for new activity data to appear in the usage report.
If you suspect data consistency or refresh issues, it might make sense to delete the existing Usage Metrics Report dataset. Then you can run View Usage Metrics again to generate a new dataset with its associated improved usage metrics reports.

Hi @v-yanjiang-msft ,
Thanks! for the document link.
My Problem:
The Improved usage metrics keeps on loading throughout the day & it doesn't create any usage report. I'm worried like even after taking so much time the usage mterics is still not visible.
Thanks,
Sumesh
