Power BI Usage Metrics Across All Workspaces:
Hi Team is there any solution by which we can track Power BI Usage Metrics Across All Workspaces:
Hi. Yes and no. There is no way to do it like the usage metrics you can check right now with a single click. However you can build a dataset with that info thanks to the PowerBi Rest API (activity events) or the Office 365 Audit logs. Both are places that will let you get the last 30 or 90 days of usage metrics of the whole tenant. The thing here is that you need a data engineering process in order to store the history in a storage so you can connect with Power Bi later and build a detailed report of usage metrics.
You can read more about that here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-auditing
I hope that helps,

Hi DeepDive2 ,
If you are a Power BI admin, you can go to Admin Portal-> Usage Metrics to see which users and groups, are the most active within Power BI for your organization. This will not show detail information as in report/ dashboard usage metrics.
For your requirement, you can vote for ideas below:
custom usage reporting across workspaces
Standard Usgae Metrics Reports.
Best Regards
