Power BI URL parameter to highlight data

I'm trying to make dynamic URLs for my reports. While I have successfully been able to pass filter parameters through the URL, is there a parameter to highlight data?

For example, highlight data in a portion of a pie chart as opposed to filtering out data.  It looks like you can create bookmarks that do this, but is there a way to build the URL myself?
