Power BI Tenant Documentation, Backup or Disaster Recovery Option Solution

Hello Community!

I am interested in building a solution that will document the configurations and setup on our tenant. I have researched some PowerShell scripts and solutions like semantic model backup, Tenant Configuration export into CSV, but I am looking to extend into more use cases. Is a library of PowerShell scripts, into Azure storage my only option?

Beyond what is available online (semantic model backups), I would like to regularly document:

Workspace Security groups and or users with access

Sharing of assets out from Workspaces

Configuration of Apps and their Audiences 

Gateway configurations, connections, and connection creator created connections

Gateway data sources and their use across workspaces

The idea here is if a user were to delete or reconfigure, We could have some semblance of what was done, and instruct the user on how to rebuild or restore.

Excited to hear your feedback, please let me know if you all would do this some other way, or if there are any products out there.
