Power BI Template App: Remove 'Connect Your Data' from interface

I am creating a Power BI template app. Any idea how can I remove the below box, once user first opens the installed App?

To my knowledge, it could not achieve in power bi for now, this is set by designed.

I have seen that ‘System Center Operations Manager’ app on AppSource has implemented this functionality.

It would be really helpful if you can guide me how to achieve this goal?
